"The True and Better Joshua"

Moses was not able to enter the promised land, Joshua would be the one to do this. We need a Joshua or a Moses to stand between us and a Holy God. Yet no prophet, priest, or king did this the way that we needed. We need a better Joshua, a better Moses, a better David, and this is what we have in Jesus.
