When we think of Jonah we think whale, these two go hand in hand. But there is so much more to this story than that. Jonah deals with the complex issues of race, nationalism, religious pride and hypocrisy. It’s a powerful and unique book of the Bible and though it only has four chapters, there is so much that can be said about it. This morning we are going to finish the first chapter and dig into chapter 2 as we take a look at the issue of repentance.
